1. Services Provided

Seasons of Design offers website design, branding, and marketing template services. Service details, packages, timelines, and deliverables are outlined on our website and in project agreements.

2. Booking & Payment

• All services require a signed agreement or confirmation via the booking process.

• Payment is accepted through Wix Payments or other approved methods listed at checkout.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking (details will be specified in your invoice or project agreement).

• Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely completion of services, clients agree to:

• Provide necessary information, branding materials, and content by agreed deadlines.

• Review proofs and respond to communications in a timely manner.

• Ensure all provided materials are owned by the client or properly licensed.

4. Revisions & Project Scope

• Each service includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your package or project agreement.

• Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be billed at our hourly rate.

• Significant changes to the project scope may require a new quote.

5. Timelines

• Estimated timelines are provided in project proposals.

• Delays caused by late client feedback, missing materials, or scope changes may extend the delivery date.

6. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables are released to the client upon full payment.

• Seasons of Design retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

• All preliminary designs, concepts, and unused drafts remain the property of Seasons of Design.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If the client cancels a project after work has begun, payment for work completed to date will be due.

• Digital products (e.g., templates) are non-refundable due to their nature.

8. Digital Products & Templates

• Marketing templates and design resources are licensed for use by the purchasing client only.

• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of digital products is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seasons of Design is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

• Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Wix hosting, Canva, social media platforms).

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our content.

• Attempt to interfere with site security or performance.
